What Sets Us Apart

We strive to surpass our competition in two distinct ways.

Emphasis on Continuing Education

The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) is the largest trade association dedicated to the wood flooring industry. It is a nonprofit trade organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the wood flooring industry. The NWFA wrote the guidelines that have been adopted by the industry regarding wood flooring standards.

In addition to his NWFA membership, Joe also is a member of the NWFA’s Board of Directors. Additionally, Joe is the only wood flooring professional in the Denver Metro area who has received an Advanced Certification from the NWFA in Install, Sand, and Finish Techniques. This certification is not a product-based certification; it is an extensive hands-on training utilizing a variety of specialized tools, techniques, and technologies.

The wood floor you choose today will last for generations, so you want to make sure that the wood flooring professional you choose has access to the latest industry information to provide you with the high-quality job you expect. By choosing a Certified Professional through the NWFA, you can be certain that he has the knowledge and skills to deliver a beautiful wood floor that will last the lifetime of your home.

Creativity, Craftsmanship, and Artistry

As a Certified Professional, Joe Rocco can help you with each phase of your flooring decision, from choosing the right species based on your location, lifestyle, and budget, to giving you the high-quality installation or refinishing that you expect, to taking care of your floor so that it will look beautiful for many generations to come.

Joe applies both his creative vision and technical skills to customize wood flooring projects for his clients. Some homeowners hesitate to add unique details such as borders and inlays because they’re concerned about resale value; however, Joe advises that personalized styles of wood flooring are extremely popular as a way to set apart “tract” homes from their standard neighbors.
